Training and Development
Our trainings are planned in the scope of our company’s goals as well as the needs of the organization, and within the framework of individual employee development. Also, all new employees are given in company training and guidance that varies according to their positions.
We have a system that observes equal opportunity to enable our employees to develop themselves. Criteria such as personal profile development, task completion, seniority, rotation and recognition by seniors are applied for personnel to rise.
